![]() ![]() we just completed a story for greensboro, north carolina, that was presented earlier this week. we do a lot of this kind of work around the country. ![]() georgia's doing better than some states, it's doing worse than some states in terms of, you know, department of transportation. ![]() as an advocate of racial harmony to explore his profound commitment to the poor and working class and his call for 'nonviolent resistance' to all forms of oppression, including the economic injustice that 'takes necessities from the masses to give luxuries to the classes. and so we made some recommendations of changes that could be made to increase the program, increase the participation here in georgia. To the Promised Land goes beyond the iconic view of Martin Luther King Jr. and there's still disparities at every level. and what we found is that there has been an increase in the utilization of minority and disadvantaged businesses with the georgia department of transportation, but there's still a lack of participation at the prime contractor level. well, yeah, our firm does disparity studies, and we actually conducted the most recent disparity study for the georgia department of transportation. ![]() but i'm familiar with that because i used it in my research paper or.
